How do you manage stress?Stress is here to stay, it is part of your hurly burly world where everything has to be here yesterday. Demands are huge on your time, your resources, and your emotions therefore it is crucial that you have useful ways of dealing with stress, in order to minimise the long term effects. It is HOW you deal with stress that is the important part. In a coaching context, I can teach you useful tools to minimise the effects, and change the way you currently view the stress in your life.This may be by using an NLP tool called 'anchoring' alternatively it may be learning to think differently about the stress itself, or the causes of the stress. Your reaction to stress tend to be habitual, and by examining how you react, or becoming aware of the thinking patterns that you currently use, will enable you to learn different, more helpful ways to respond, and so minimise the long term effects, on your health and your life.
